These Terms of Use ("Terms") contain the terms and conditions on which we supply the ASS Coin Voice Cloning and Text-to-Speech Services (the "Services"). The term "you" refers to the user of the Services. Your access to and use of the Services is subject to these Terms.

1. Use of Services

1.1 License to Use Services

Subject to these Terms, ASS Coin grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use the Services. You may upload audio files of a consenting speaker's voice ("Audio Files"), input text, and receive AI-generated voice output ("Synthetic Output").

1.2 Voice Materials

You represent and warrant that:

  • You have the necessary rights and permissions to provide Audio Files to ASS Coin
  • You have obtained explicit written consent from any speaker whose voice you upload
  • Your use of the Services will not infringe on any third party's intellectual property, privacy, or other rights
  • Your use complies with all applicable laws

1.3 Speaker Eligibility

You represent and warrant that Audio Files will not include:

  • The voice of any individual under the age of 18
  • The voice of any deceased individual
  • The voice of any current or former well-known political figure

1.4 User Obligations

When using Synthetic Output, you must:

  • Include clear disclosures indicating that the output is AI-generated and not a human voice
  • Use the Services only for lawful purposes
  • Not use the Services to create misleading or deceptive content

2. Prohibited Uses

You shall not use the Services to:

  • Violate any national or international law
  • Violate the rights of others, including copyright, publicity rights, or personality rights
  • Generate content that discriminates based on race, color, national origin, religion, age, sex, gender, sexual orientation, or disability
  • Fraudulently impersonate other people or entities
  • Exploit or harm minors
  • Harass, threaten, or promote violence against any person or group
  • Trick or mislead other users
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Services
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to discover the source code of our AI models
  • Use the Services to train competing AI models
  • Resell or redistribute the Services without authorization

3. Intellectual Property

3.1 Your Content

You retain all rights to the Audio Files and text you upload. By uploading content, you grant ASS Coin a license to process and use that content solely to provide the Services to you.

3.2 Synthetic Output

You own the Synthetic Output generated from your inputs, subject to these Terms. However, you acknowledge that similar output may be generated for other users with similar inputs.

3.3 ASS Coin Property

The Services, including all AI models, algorithms, and underlying technology, are the exclusive property of ASS Coin. You may not copy, modify, or create derivative works based on the Services.

4. Privacy and Data

Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We do not sell your data to third parties. We use your voice samples and text inputs solely to provide the Services to you and to improve our AI models.

5. Service Modifications

ASS Coin may add, remove, or modify features of the Services at any time to:

  • Improve the Services
  • Comply with laws and regulations
  • Address security or safety issues
  • Adapt to new technologies

6. Termination

ASS Coin may immediately terminate your access to the Services if:

  • You violate these Terms
  • Your use poses a security or legal risk
  • At any time at ASS Coin's sole discretion

You may terminate your account at any time by deleting it through your account settings.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS-IS" AND "AS-AVAILABLE" BASIS. ASS COIN DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

ASS Coin does not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. You use the Services at your own risk.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ASS COIN SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ASS Coin from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another party.

10. Changes to Terms

ASS Coin may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or through the Services. Your continued use of the Services after changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
